Heartland Parks can start with a raw piece of land or existing park and design or re-design to meet the specific needs of the client. We provide site plan drawings, detail drawing of specific areas where needed, line item budgets and detailed write ups about the design. We can work with existing budgets or create budgets whatever is required. These services are provided to small to medium sized cities at little to no cost.

Heartland Parks provides Park Master Plan Development services for small to medium sized cities and towns for little to no cost at all. This service includes implementing a Citizens Survey, Focus Group meeting and takes into consideration all existing park inventory and future growth areas and filters this through the industry guidelines. This process helps determine park and recreation requirements based or tied specifically to current and future planned population growth. These are comprehensive plans that in many cases are required by states for or with the submission of park and recreation grants.
